Who we are at C.O. Akpabor & Company
C.O. Akpabor& Company is a Sole Proprietorship, duly registered and validly existing under the Laws of
Nigeria as it is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors
and Valuers (NIESV) and Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and
having its head office at No. 16 Oba Market Road, Benin City and branches around the Nation. Our principal partner, who is a Fellow, Past Member Council and Trustee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, was registered since 1981, while the Company (Messrs. C.O. Akpabor and Company) was founded in 1984. At present the Company has many senior staff that are vast, trained and well groomed in land and landed property acquisition and compensation, property management, agency, feasibility and viability appraisal, plant and machinery valuation etc together with many supporting staff.
